How Do I Book An Appointment?
We are waiting to help you ….call the practice on 0115 9455664 during our normal opening hours and ask for an appointment. Tell us when you can’t make it and we should be able offer you a choice of suitable appointment times based on your availability (we start at 8.00am and finish at 5.00pm on many days).
If you are a new patient we normally book at least forty five minutes for your initial consultation so your first visit can be unhurried and should allow sufficient time to discuss the health of your mouth and any possible concerns you may have about your dental and oral health. We will, of course, also give you the results of our extensive examination.
We will ask for a £68.00 deposit to be paid on booking this new patient appointment which, unless you do not attend or late cancel the appointment (give us less than 24 hours notice of cancellation of the appointment), will be deducted from the cost of your initial consultation.
What if I need an emergency appointment?
We realise how important it is to be there for you when you really need us. We have time allocated each day for emergencies. Telephone the practice and explain your problem. Out of hours, telephone the practice and you will be able to contact our emergency service.
