Justyna Malolepsza Dip Dent Hygiene (GDC No: 269767)
Dental Hygienist
Justyna qualified as Dental Hygienist and Dental Technician in Poland in 2013.
When she moved to England, to help her adapt to UK dentistry, she first started working as Dental Nurse in the beautiful county of Dorset. She then later also spent two years working in a dental laboratory in somerset.
In 2020 Justyna moved to Yorkshire and started working as a registered dental hygienist and became part of the Compton Acres team in November 2021.
Justyna takes pride in her work and loves it when patients leave with a big smile on their face!
In her spare time, Justyna likes to play the piano and couldn’t imagine life without music. She loves taking walks and discovering new places and promotes a healthy lifestyle by spending plenty of time in the gym.
Laura Adams Dip Dent Hygiene (GDC No: 204779)
Dental Hygienist
Laura qualified as Dental Hygienist at the university of Bristol in 2016.
She joined the Compton Acres Dental Practice team in 2022 after having worked elsewhere in Nottingham as a hygienist and now also works at our sister practice in Nottingham.
Prior to this she initially qualified and worked as a dental nurse.
Soraya Steele (GDC No: 281528)
Practice Manager
Soraya joined the team in March 2021 and is responsible for the day to day running of the practice. With a strong customer service background, she is committed to enhancing the patient journey alongside managing the practices standards of patient care, health and safety and clinical excellence.
As a qualified Dental nurse, with experience in general, cosmetic, implant and orthodontic dentistry; you may from time to time, see Soraya in surgery alongside one of our dentists. Though she enjoys all aspects of dentistry, she strongly feels that the most rewarding part is making a difference to people’s smiles.
In her spare time, Soraya enjoys hiking and travelling with her partner Liam. Her all-time favourite holiday destination is New Zealand but this might also have something to with her Mum and Sister who live there. In Anticipation of her next holiday she has even taken a level 2 course in ‘te reo Māori’.
Kerstin Griffith (GDC No: 161355)
Dental Nurse
Kerstin joined Compton Acres Dental Practice directly from Germany where she spent many years working as principal nurse to a famous oral surgeon and implantologist in Germany. She has now worked at the practice for 17 years. Kerstin works alongside our Implantologist Raj Ghadiali and together they create a fabulous team. Her hard work and commitment are noticeably valued by all our patients. Kerstin's expertise and experience has contributed to the staff training and growth of the practice’s reputation. She is married to a famous Nottingham musician and joins him regularly on various music events, thoroughly supporting his music career as a number one fan.

Milena joined Compton Acres Dental Practice in November 2018 and has been working in Dentistry for 12 years. She is an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a real passion for business development and administration. Milena has plenty of dental knowledge and understanding to help you with your patient journey. Outside of work, Milena dedicates most of her time doing sports and travelling.
Aneta Bialek (GDC No: 266371)
Dental Nurse
Aneta Joined the Compton Acres team in March 2021 and has been working in dentistry since 2006. Her favourite thing about dentistry is seeing the change in peoples smiles, so she often enjoys working alongside the dentist during complex cosmetic procedures such as veneers, composite build ups and orthodontics. In addition to this she also enjoys a good surgical extraction!
Aneta devotes most of her spare time to her young daughter Bianka, and is currently renovating her new home with her partner Lukasz. Aneta and her family enjoy taking trips to Poland to see family as often as they can.
Debbie Archer (GDC No: 317626)
Lead Dental Nurse
Debbie began her Dental Nursing career whilst in New Zealand in 2021 and enjoyed it so much that she wanted to pursue it upon her return to the UK in September 2022 and joined Compton Acres Dental Practice as a Trainee Dental Nurse.
Debbie particularly enjoys nursing in Root Canal Treatments, Fillings, Extractions and Minor Oral Surgery. She likes being able to put nervous and anxious patients at ease with her caring and friendly manner.
Debbie is a Wife and Mother to 2 young children so outside of work she enjoys spending quality family time with them and also enjoys going to the gym, hiking and socialising.
